"(QNO) - As part of the Hoi An - Japan Cultural Exchange series of events, from August 2nd to 4th at 16 Nguyen Thai Hoc Street (Hoi An City), coffee artisan Luu Khanh Toan and the LKT Coffee brand organized a demonstration, introduction, and interaction session titled "Enjoying Vietnamese filter coffee combined with a Japanese tea set".

According to artisan Luu Khanh Toan, to create a delicious, distinctive, high-quality, and safe cup of coffee, it is necessary to follow a 6-step process including scientific confirmation, seedling production, cultivation, coffee fruit processing, roasting, and brewing. The more steps a cup of coffee adheres to, the higher the quality difference. However, currently, most customers only enjoy coffee at the last 3 stages, including coffee fruit processing, roasting, and brewing; or even just at the brewing stage, meaning that consumers drink whatever the shop brews, and they are almost completely unaware of the cultivation process, the type of seeds, and the scientific varieties. From these understandings, artisan Luu Khanh Toan has cooperated with Green Life Joint Stock Company to create the LKT Coffee product with a 6-step process to create a different coffee product. Through this, it helps coffee makers to have a clearer understanding of the role of each stage in the quality and quality of coffee, aiming to build a synchronous and optimal production process. At the same time, it brings many choices to consumers for their favorite types of coffee along with transparent, full, and smooth related information.

According to Mr. Nguyen Viet Hung (Green Life Joint Stock Company) - the management unit of the LKT Coffee brand, LKT coffee products are focused on specialties, experiences, and the 5-star segment, so the production quantity is very limited, mainly selected from a few coffee gardens in Lam Dong. Among them, the distinctive "Manh coffee" group is famous. Due to being produced by the "R-Chao" and "More Pure" processes, Manh coffee is very flexible to use, can be used directly (brewed like tea) or ground for use (brewed like coffee) - Mr. Hung analyzed. Artisan Luu Khanh Toan (71 years old), originally from Hanoi. Before 2000, he had the opportunity to work in the Central Highlands and became attached to coffee. For over 20 years, he has continuously experimented and researched to perfect the coffee production chain "from farm to cup" in a detailed and meticulous manner, from seed selection - planting - care - harvesting to processing - roasting - brewing, to create diverse coffee flavors as desired. When he had high-quality roasted coffee products, he researched and improved, developing many coffee brewing tools. Most recently is the improved rotary phin from the traditional coffee phin to introduce some new elegant and unique ways of enjoying coffee, conquering the taste of coffee lovers.
